Some of the commercial projects we have completed in recent years include: Alpine Partners Professional Office Building 14,000 Square Foot Professional Office Building ![]() This project gave TimberWorks the opportunity to work very closely with the architect and project engineer to help reduce final building costs. During construction of this two-story structure, major demands were placed by the city on the site itself, most notably regarding parking space requirements. TimberWorks recommended cost-effective solutions that helped mitigate the expenses. By utilizing local subcontractors and workers for structural construction and steel work, as well as framing and finish work, TimberWorks was able to meet the owner's needs and budget. Saint Germain Foundation One-Acre Outdoor Stage and Amphitheater ![]() This complex project required tight scheduling as a result of our client's critical time constraints. Due to an annual August performance deadline, most of the site work, which included excavation, drainage, road construction and erosion control, as well as 2,000 yards of concrete work, had to be completed during the winter months. TimberWorks' broad experience in the forming and pouring of structural concrete during adverse weather conditions proved invaluable in meeting our client's unusual criteria. Numerous phases of this ongoing job have already been completed. Each phase involved elaborate concrete forming and substantial custom structural steel work. The next phase of this project will add another 500 elevated stadium seats and railings to a final build-out of 1200 seats. TimberWorks was also involved in the design and construction of lighting, stage and sound structures to house the Saint Germain Foundation's state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. One of the biggest challenges presented by the owner was to develop a life-size rolling replica of the Last Supper room for use as a scene in the pageant. Castle Rock Bottling Plant 14,000 Square Foot Water Bottling Facility ![]() Working closely with the owners and Pace Engineering, TimberWorks provided cost-effective construction solutions for a modern two-story, below-grade spring water production and bottling facility with filtered air quality systems, a water quality laboratory, new shipping docks, and a production clean room. This facility required over 1,000 cubic yards of structural concrete with a second floor concrete deck system of large concrete beams to support the many tons of bottled water to be stored above. The job was complicated by an extremely tight building site which required excavations of up to 20 feet deep adjacent to the existing structure. TimberWorks employed all local workers for this project, completing this construction while still allowing the plant to remain operational and ship its product on a daily basis. Shasta Manor ![]() After submitting the low bid on this HUD financed project, Timberworks worked closely with the owner and architect, providing value engineering that brought the project cost in line with the owner's budget. This attractive independent living center project progressed smoothly and was completed in a timely manner, satisfying not only the owner and the architect, but the HUD independent inspector and all HUD regulations. Bluesky ![]() This project was a design/build project for Sisson Development who, with Timberworks as their general contractor, submitted the winning proposal for providing office space to lease for the Siskiyou County Behavioral Health Services. This project called upon all of Timberworks skills in planning, organizing and budgeting, as well as our ability to mobilize and complete construction with the county's time frame. This building utilizes cost efficient heating and cooling with off-site computer monitoring as well as state of the art communication systems, networked computer wiring and all applicable ADA requirements including an elevator. |
